6. Planning: This clause requires the organization to identify and assess occupational health and safety risks and opportunities and to develop plans to address them.
7. Support: This clause requires the organization to provide the resources and support necessary to implement and maintain the occupational health and safety management system.
8. Operation: This clause requires the organization to implement the occupational health and safety management system and to monitor, measure, and improve its effectiveness.

In the Plan stage, the organization establishes objectives and targets for the occupational health and safety management system, identifies the internal and external factors that affect the system, and develops a plan to address the risks and opportunities related to occupational health and safety.

In the Do stage, the organization implements the plan and carries out the activities required to achieve the objectives and targets, such as providing resources, training workers, and establishing procedures.

In the Check stage, the organization monitors and measures the performance of the occupational health and safety management system, evaluates its effectiveness, and identifies areas for improvement.

In the Act stage, the organization takes action to improve the performance of the occupational health and safety management system based on the results of the Check stage, such as implementing corrective actions and making changes to the plan.

By following the PDCA model and the clauses of ISO 45001, organizations can establish and maintain an effective occupational health and safety management system, and continually improve its performance.
